At Palm Pals, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to avoid processing delays.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
